These terms and conditions apply to all customers/visitors, and form the basis of every agreement made between us and you (the client). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they form a contract between WOW Acrylic and our clients.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and supersede all previous terms and conditions published on this site.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any images if these terms and conditions are not agreed to online.
By submitting an image to us either by uploading the image to our website, via email, via direct FTP, on disc, any other file transfer service or as a photograph or negative in the post, and then making payment either online through our website, or separately by cheque, cash or bank transfer, you are confirming that you agree these terms and conditions in full.
We reserve the right to refuse any future services to any client that breaches our terms and conditions or who are abusive or rude to our staff.
Because our products are printed to your order requirements, we require cleared payment prior to printing.
You will receive a confirmation of order email; this is to indicate that we have received your order.
A tolerance for all panel sizes of +/-2mm covering length, width and thickness apply for all our products.
Please note on rare occasions, due to the nature of the application process, small blemishes can occur. All our products are quality checked with a normal viewing distance of 1m away.
We will only produce your item once full funds are cleared.
We cannot offer replacements/refunds after this time unless under exceptional circumstances or items are damaged during transit in which we will seek to get compensation from courier on behalf of the customer. In this rare occasion which damage does occur during transit, our company cannot be held accountable in this case. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery and an investigation will take place.
We endeavour to deliver and meet delivery times although on occasions it can often be delayed either due to delay payments or complicated cutting. We reserve the right to delay delivery to ensure the order is delivered correctly and cannot be held accountable for courier delay. If your order is delayed please contact us and we will investigate its status.
We do not accept any responsibility in the rare occasion that the item becomes damaged due to heat, impact or corrosive chemicals for example that is used by the customer on the material.
We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to owners property or personal injury due to the non-flame retardant property of the acrylic panel. Acrylic is a flammable material and should be installed solely at the owners risk.
We cannot provide a refund for bespoke orders/items and do not offer refunds on any colour deviation from the screen or sample. If in the rare occurance the shade does deviate from the original sample sent enquires must be sent before installation and must be returned undamaged in the original packaging within 7 days.
There is a 2mm tolerance on all panels covering thickness, length and width.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We do not refund postage.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage which occurs during installation/modification of our products.
We reserve the right not to reproduce any images which are offensive or contain inappropriate content. As a security measure we reserve the right to record the IP address of the computer used to upload any image to our site. If any illegal or pornographic images are uploaded to our site, we will inform the relevant authorities and provide any details we hold.
In submitting the image to us, the client confirms that they own the rights to the image or have obtained permission to use the image for reproduction purposes. All copyright and intellectual property rights are retained by the client on any image submitted to us.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify us and our staff and company against any action, claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses arising out of any claim with regard to infringement of a third parties copyright, intellectual property rights, or trade mark, due to the reproduction or processing of any image by us on behalf of you the client.
We reserve the right to contact you via telephone or email should we have any questions about your image prior to printing. We also reserve the right to make a judgement as to whether the image supplied to us is of sufficient quality to print at the size requested by the client. If the image is too small you will be informed and you will be asked to supply an alternative larger scale version of the image, or we will arrange a refund if this is unavailable
YOUR ORDER WILL BE DESPACHED WITHIN 7 to 10 WORKING DAYS FOR STANDARD SIZES, FOR BESPOKE ORDERS, OR IF WE HAVE TO CONTACT YOU REGARDING YOUR IMAGE/PHOTO, THIS MAY DELAY YOUR ORDER SLIGHTLY.
Fixing Prints to Your Wall
Many of our larger prints are very heavy, care should be taken when lifting them and when selecting the place to hang them.
Ensure that you use suitable weight bearing fixings for the type of wall that you intend to hang the print onto. Seek advice from a professional tradesperson should you be unsure of the type of wall fixing you need.
We will not accept responsibility for damage to the print or any third party property or persons, caused by insufficient fixings used to hang your print.
We attempt to describe the products offered on the website as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.UK/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Goods may be returned to us if they are delivered in a defective state or they do not match the descriptions given on this website.
You are required to inform us immediately if it is your intention to reject the goods. You will receive e-mail instructions about your return and subsequent refund.
Acrylic prints ordered with 'Your Image' printed on them, where the image to be printed has been, uploaded via our upload page, or emailed to us, or supplied on cdrom, to us by the client are deemed to be 'personalised items'. The return of these items will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged and we are informed immediately.
All products are printed to order, therefore if you wish to cancel your order, you need to advise us straight away. We will accept cancellation of the order up to the point where the production process has begun in which case we will issue a refund, although we may charge an administration fee of £10.00. We may, at our discretion, accept a cancellation of the order after the production process has begun, but will we only offer a refund less any costs that have been incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Any refund that we have agreed to make will be issued within 10 days of the refund agreement.
You must ensure that you have the right to copy the image contained in the photograph you submit. You have, where necessary, obtained the permission of any other person(s) (or their parent/legal guardian) that appear in the photo, for their permission to be reproduced.
Wow acrylic may refuse to reproduce a photo if (or if Wow acrylic believe that) you do not or may not have the rights and/or permissions referred to in condition 2, or if is any other way inappropriate.
Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is defamatory, offensive, obscene or indecent.
You will pay Wow Acrylic any costs or damages we may incur because of the reproduction of any photo you submit that is defamatory or which breaches any other persons copyright, privacy or other rights in any way.
You agree to allow Wow acrylic to keep digital copies of the image, which we may reproduce.
We makes every effort to ensure that the information on the 'Website' is accurate and current. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you notice an error please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The 'Company' makes the Acrylic Prints according to the information the 'Customer' provides. We strongly recommend you check the details of your order before proceeding with payment. Once the order has been placed the 'Company' may not be able to make changes to the order. We are not obliged to give refunds for any personalised item when the 'Customer' is responsible for the mistake.
The 'Company' reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for any reason whatsoever.
All images displayed on the 'Website' are for illustrative purposes only and the finished product may differ from those on the 'Website'. The 'Company' does not guarantee the accuracy of the colours displayed on the 'Website' in relation to the colours on the finished product.
The graphics, images, textual content and script(code) contained on the 'Website' is wholly owned by the 'Company' and should not be copied or saved without the 'Company's' written permission. Any branded logos displayed on the 'Website' remain the property of their respective owners. By purchasing our products you agree to indemnify the 'Company' from any liability caused.
